- We request you not to accept any product package that seems to be tampered with,
opened or damaged at the time of delivery.
- In the event of damaged product received by User, it is the responsibility of User
to notify PHYSICSGALAXY.COM about the receipt of damaged product on the same day
of delivery. In such events, the damaged product shall be replaced by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM
and PHYSICSGALAXY.COM will arrange for shipping of the product. In case the customer
has to ship the product, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM will refund the shipping charges to the
User against original receipt of the bills. No replacement request shall be entertained
by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM if user notifies PHYSICSGALAXY.COM after one day of delivery.
- The product(s) must be returned in the same packing and unused condition as delivered
by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM. Any products returned showing signs of any use or damage in
any manner shall not be accepted for replacement by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM.
- In the event of any technical issue(s) reported within 7 days of delivery, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM
shall ensure to resolve the issue. In case, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM is unable to solve
the issue in 10 days from the date of issue reported, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM may choose
to exchange the product at its own discretion. Please note that no refunds shall
be done by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM.
- In some cases, replacements are not possible. Such as:
- Replacement request was made outside the specified time frame
- Product has been used or damaged because of use or product is not in their original
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels,
original packing, freebies and accessories
- Branded products. In such cases, brand policies of repair, exchange will be applicable
at their respective service centres.
Please note that any service provided by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM in reference to packages
related to contents which are online, is non-refundable in any circumstances. These
services also have a validity period and will expire if not consumed during the
In case of packaged physically delivered at customer’s address, which have genuine
technical issues, which cannot be resolved by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM’s technical support
team, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM will refund the amount originally paid by the user.
Commercial and Promotional Communication
The User will be receiving the Commercial & Promotional Communication on registration
at PHYSICSGALAXY.COM site. These Commercial and Promotional Communication means
any message, voice or SMS, made through telecommunications service, which is transmitted
for the purpose of informing about, or soliciting or promoting any new or existing
products, services and offers.
- For Product that require Physical Despatch: Cancellation policy is applicable only
on the products that have been booked on website or over the phone, but have not
been dispatched by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM.
- For Online Product: Cancellation policy is applicable only on those online products
of which the delivery is scheduled 7 days or later .
- User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on PHYSICSGALAXY.COM
Website, Mobile Site, PHYSICSGALAXY.COM App or Phone, by placing a "Cancel Order"
request, by logging a call with Company’s Customer Care Centre.
- "Cancel Order" request for all prepaid orders can be placed within 12 hours from
the booking time of the order.
- All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of Product
to User will be subject to deduction of 2% of the Product Price already paid (Transaction
value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded
to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request
for any Order before delivery of Product.
- The deduction of 2% of the order value is only applicable on prepaid orders and
not applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
- PHYSICSGALAXY.COM takes utmost care to deliver the best quality products to you.
However, in case Hardware of Product supplied by the Company is damaged, defective
or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered, we offer
one day return policy in which the hardware of product will be exchanged by PHYSICSGALAXY.COM.
- One day return is applicable from the date of delivery to the customer.
- If hardware received is faulty or incorrect, please report it to support@PHYSICSGALAXY.COM
within 24 hours. You need to send its original packaging, accessories, box, serial
numbers etc. after confirmation from the customer support team. If you do not report
the damage of item within 24 hours we cannot accept the item for return/exchange.
- If you report the item as faulty or incorrect after 24 hours, no return shall be

PHYSICSGALAXY.COM is not able to resolve the issue within 10 days of issue report,
PHYSICSGALAXY.COM shall exchange the product or its part to make the solution working.
No Refunds shall be made in such case in any circumstances.

for Return and Cancellations.
